Facebook's most popular social network in the West has tested a new option for users to better control the flow of information from their contacts' profiles and the pages to which they are subscribed.
The "snooze" button, which is only available to anyone connecting from a desktop computer in the United States, lets you temporarily stop Facebook friends, pages or groups for 24 hours, a week, or a month, reports the TechCrunch website.
The short term of disconnection is very useful when some people spread images during their vacations, a flow of information that can annoy acquaintances or co-workers.
